We are arranging to have all the testers connected by a central SMS messaging system so that we can have them cancel syncing if problems arise. We are preparing for synchronized testing with an expanded group of beta testers who will try syncing all at once during a particular 1-2 hour period to evaluate the impact with real user trees.Given this, we have agreed a number of steps we will take together:
